Welcome to the 2023-2024 Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair! This year’s fair will be held February 17, 2024 at Fair Park.
Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair (DRSEF) is almost entirely run by volunteers. If you are available to help for a couple of hours before, during or after the fair, we would love to see you.
Volunteers must be 18 or older. Please note that family members and teachers are welcome to volunteer, but cannot be in the Automobile Building during the fair judging.
General volunteer duties include:
- Loading and unloading supplies at Fair Park
- Setting up the exhibit floor
- Assisting with student check in
- Assisting with Display and Safety checks
- Directing participants
- Assisting with judge check in
- Breaking-down exhibit floor, packing up supplies
Free parking, meals and DRSEF t-shirt are provided.
