Leadership Framework

Through our leadership development and training programs, you will learn all about leadership at SMU! This is your first stop to get connected with other campus leaders, grow as a leader yourself, and have fun!

In our Leadership Experiences, you will utilize your leadership skills to make a change on campus. There are a variety of ways for a leader to make an impact for the greater good at SMU.

Framing Leadership at SMU is our common leadership language. Through this framework, you will not only grow as a leader but also have a similar vocabulary to describe your leadership experiences.
