Nelnet E-Stores

SMU can receive and refund payments made online by credit card through our Nelnet eStores. 

How to request a New E-Store, modify an existing store, or request a refund:

Go to the Online Support Center and login with your SMU ID and password.  Click on the SMU eStore icon.  This will bring up the eStore Online Support site with multiple options to choose from.  Once an option is chosen, this will bring up an online template which allows you to fill out necessary fields for the request.  When the online template is completed and saved, a ticket will be created which is routed to the nelnet@smu.edu inbox to be put in queue.  Generally, a request will be completed within 3 to 5 business days.  More complicated requests can take longer.  If there are any questions with regard to filling out an online template or timeframes, please contact nelnet@smu.edu for assistance.
