  • Bio

    Rick Perdue serves as President of Rosewood Property Company,bringing with him more than 25 years of real estate experience. With this expertise, he guides the firm’s strategic vision and oversees the various asset classes, including office, retail, multifamily, self-storage and industrial. Throughout his career, Mr. Perdue has managed the development, acquisition, and disposition of several million square feet of real estate.

    Prior to leading Rosewood Property, Rick served as a market leader with Mill Creek Residential as well as head of acquisitions and development with Tonti Properties. Mr. Perdue received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA in Finance from Tulane University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Texas-licensed real estate broker. Mr. Perdue serves as a board member for The Real Estate Council of Dallas(TREC) where he previously served as Chairman of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) program. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a founding Board Member of The Loop, an organization tasked with connecting Dallas’ trail system.
