Amp up your routine with our VIP (Very Important Participant!) classes! Let the Group X team of new and seasoned experts help you find the challenge and specialty classes and exercises just right for you! Experience the ultimate VIP experience when you purchase the Unlimited GX pass for $50 for unlimited classes for the entire semester—an awesome deal for over 200 sessions offered this semester!
Ease into your workout plan with our FREE WellPower classes. WellPower classes are standard group fitness classes ready-made for Mustangs testing the waters before joining VIP classes and for returning Group X’ers who like a standard workout. Don't need to sign up, just show up!
This Fall we are offering more FREE WellPower classes! Join one or more of our 17 classes covering cardio, strength, and flexibility, offered at convenient times from early in the morning to late afternoon. You will find perennial favorites from Barre to Zumba, tailored to beginners as well as intermediate participants.

SMU Fitness hosts auditions for nationally certified Group X instructors three times a year. Auditions can be scheduled from 9am to 12pm on Fridays during the following months for the upcoming semester:
