Give your body the attention it deserves! SMU Fitness offers many programs that provide ways to increase muscle strength, improve health, and be fit with quality fitness equipment and exciting classes in a positive atmosphere.  Our programs can improve cardiovascular function, respiratory health, endurance, body composition and flexibility.
