SMU Fitness offers many programs that provide ways to increase muscle strength, improve health, and be fit with quality fitness equipment and exciting classes in a positive atmosphere. Our programs can improve cardiovascular function, respiratory health, endurance, body composition and flexibility.
- Due to low participation, Group X classes offered at 7:15-8am are cancelled until Summer Schedule begins on Tuesday, May 26.
- As a reminder, the Group X Spring Schedule ends on Friday, May 15. No classes until May 26.
- Mustangs and SMU community, due to the recognition of the Memorial Day holiday, no Group X classes or Massages on Monday, May 25. If you're still interested in visiting the gym, please contact the main desk for the holiday schedule.
