Southern Methodist University has preferred pricing at a number of local hotels. Many conference attendees have previously stayed at:

- Magnolia Hotel Dallas Park Cities (formerly the Holiday Inn) - call for the SMU rate
- Hyatt House - Dallas/Lincoln Park
All are conveniently close to campus with complimentary shuttle service available by prior arrangement.
Getting to Campus
The conference is being held in the Mack Ballroom on the 3rd floor of the Umphrey Lee Center at 3300 Dyer Street on the Southern Methodist University Campus, in Dallas Texas.
Many local hotels offer complimentary shuttle service to SMU by prior arrangement.
Some hotels are within easy walking distance from campus. For example, the Magnolia Hotel Dallas Park Cities is a 10-15 minute walk from Umphrey Lee.

Dallas is served by two airports. The larger airport is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport which is located between Dallas and Fort Worth. The smaller Love Field airport is closer to campus and is a hub for Southwest Airlines.
SMU has a beautiful campus. If your schedule permits consider a walking tour, a visit to the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, or a visit to the Meadows Museum.
