New managers on campus are required to complete Manager Orientation over the course of their first year as a manager. These classes cover many different aspects of managerial life at the University from how to manage the talent life cycle to how to work with the Department of Legal Affairs on creating a contract, and many other responsibilities in between. Existing managers are also invited to attend these classes at any time.
