The program is designed to develop leadership skills and refine those already possessed, as well as to network with students, faculty, staff, and influential leaders within the Dallas community.

Crain All-University Leadership Conference

The Crain All-University Leadership Conference is SMU's premiere leadership development conference. The conference is offered early in the spring semester, and is open to all current SMU students.

Student Leader of the Month

The Leadership Certificate Program is not currently offered.
The Leadership Certificate program aims to expand the leadership capacity of students by providing them with a foundational understanding of leadership, with a greater understanding of self, and awareness of the relationship of self to others. The program meets weekly and includes brief lessons on leadership concepts and theory, leadership teambuilding activities, and professional development opportunities.
