Program Eligibility
If you meet one of these requirements you may be eligible for our program
- Desire to achieve academically and pursue college
- First Generation College Student (neither parent has graduated from a four-year college institution)
- Low income qualifications established by the Department of Education
Upward Bound Admission Process
- Attend mandatory interest meeting
- Return recommendation forms and other required documentation
- Return application and other required documentation
- Interview with the College Access Programs Director
