Hunter Fields
Hunter Fields is from Dallas, Texas, and is majoring in Public Policy and Economics with a minor in Data Science. He is a member of the University Honors Program and the Turner Scholars Program. Outside of the classroom, Hunter is highly involved across campus and passionate about student leadership and engagement. He currently serves as a Dedman Senator in Student Senate and is active in several organizations, including Delta Sigma Pi, the Black Business Organization, where he serves as Chief of Staff, Student Foundation as the Tate Lecture Press & Media Relations Lead, and the Association of Black Students, where he serves as Treasurer. He is also involved with the Mustang Debate Team and serves on both the Hegi Career Advisory Board and the Chief Information Office Board. Hunter is especially interested in the intersection of business, policy, and communication, and how institutions connect with communities and shape economic outcomes. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in finance or corporate strategy, using his leadership experience and policy background to make a meaningful impact.
