Brett A. Trussell

Brett Trussell is from Mansfield, Texas, and is pursuing a double major in history and public policy with plans to minor in human rights and international studies. He is currently a Hilltop Scholar and will transition into the University Honors Program in the Fall of 2025. On campus, he is involved in the Debate Club, and next year he will be an officer for the Moot Court Club. He is passionate about keeping up with current affairs, criminal justice reform, and learning about various political structures. His aspiration is to attend law school and become a constitutional lawyer to advocate for effective reforms.
