  • Bio

    Larry Kanter is a forensic accounting professional with more than 20 years of combined Big 4 and international consulting firm expertise.  He was a partner at PwC and later at Ernst & Young.  He has served in leadership and testifying expert roles in numerous large, complex forensic accounting engagements involving GAAP, damage quantification, and fraud/forensic investigative issues.  He serves on the Business Valuations, Forensics, and Litigation Services Committee of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
