Bio
Amanda Klabzuba has had a varied and engaging professional career as Executive Consulting Leader and Management Consultant in large technology firms. This work involves advising customers on strategic human capital management.
She has served as the consultant for organizational leaders across many industries, including healthcare, retail, energy, and manufacturing. She has enjoyed partnering with leaders to understand challenges and diagnose needs, create and execute plans, and demonstrate the impact of initiatives. Her consulting work includes job and culture analysis, development and validation of assessments, and competency modeling. Ensuring successful adoption of HR technology, she has trained users, influenced key stakeholders, and shared best practices on change management.
As a consulting leader, Amanda advised a team of organizational consultants. Providing onboarding for new consultants, sharing ongoing coaching and developmental feedback, recognizing performance, and designing and executing cross-training programs. On the executive consulting leadership team she actively strategized on workplace issues, including employee motivation, workplace stress, job performance, and vision shaping for future directions. She also enjoyed serving as a global consulting leader for new AI-driven products--creating consulting services, providing training, and advising the development team on behavioral science concepts and best practices.
On a personal level, Amanda loves traveling, good food, and playing sports or games. She lives in Plano with her husband and four children who keep her busy and always having fun.
