    In order to lead, you must start with yourself. You need to intimately know your strengths and limitations, and how to build on them, and how to avoid leader self-deception. You need to know how to stay strong physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, and have meaning and purpose. You need to know how to avoid burnout and fatigue, how to motivate yourself with challenging goals and build an active support network.

    • Understand why Transformative Leaders have greater impact
    • Setting the bar for self-expectations and execution potential

    Transformative Leader is a process in which leaders and followers help each other to advance to a higher level of morale and motivation. Understand the difference between a transactional (give and take) and transformative leader (makes change through example, articulating an energizing vision, and setting challenging goals. TL redefines perception and values, and changes the expectations and aspirations of employees.

  • The Influence Factor Trust, Influence and Accountability

    Learning Objectives:

    • Learn to use trust as a specific business strategy to increase speed of execution and decrease cost 
    • Learn to expand your influence with your direct reports, peers and bosses and leverage influence across organizational boundaries
