Cancellation Policy

Payment:

Payment for the program must be received 15 days before the start date of the program. Participants who enroll less than 15 days before the start date of the program will be required to pay the full tuition fee as a condition of acceptance.

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY: Payment is a condition of acceptance, and program fee must be paid 14 days after submission of application. Once payment is made in full, an Acceptance Confirmation Letter for the respective embassy will be supplied.

Cancellations:

All notifications of cancellation must be sent by email to SMU Executive Education. SMU retains a $100.00 non-refundable administrative fee that is included in the program price. However, due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation, cancellations less than 15 days before the start date of the program will be assessed the full program fee.

Transfers:

All notifications of transfer must be sent by email to SMU Executive Education. All transfer requests made less than 15 days before the start date of the program will be assessed a $100.00 transfer fee.
