Assistant Director, Office of the Student Experience

The Assistant Director in the Office of the Student Experience is responsible for supporting the vision, initiatives, programs, and daily operations of the Office of the Student Experience. The Assistant Director will serve as the primary advisor for orientation and transitions programming designed to support student success and promote institutional affinity. This position coordinates support for SMU's transfer student population.

Mental Health Clinical Case Manager, Dr. Bob Smith Health Center

The Dr. Bob Smith Health Center at SMU is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Case Manager.  Under the supervision of the Director of Counseling Services, the Clinical Case Manager will provide mental health case management, coordination, and follow-up for SMU Counseling Services clients with complex mental health needs. The Clinical Case Manager will also develop collaborative relationships with SMU campus partners and Dallas area providers, provide consultation for staff, coordinate mental health medical withdrawals, and provide both crisis intervention and initial consultation screenings. The purpose of this position is to connect students with the resources they need to manage their conditions and enhance the likelihood of personal and academic success. The successful candidate will join a campus community that strives to be deeply supportive and conducive to positive mental health and wellbeing.

Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, The Department of Student Involvement

SMU is seeking an Assistant Director, Fraternity & Sorority Life. The Assistant Director provides training, development, and support for the SMU fraternity and sorority community, including individual members, chapters, councils, advisors and inter/national organizations. Specific advisement is provided to the individual members and 8 chapters of the Panhellenic council. The Assistant Director creates initiatives, events and programs that benefit the entire community. The Assistant Director is also a member of the Student Involvement team and works in service of the department to encourage students to discover their interests and find a sense of belonging through involvement.
