The Armstrong Area Desk is located in Armstrong Commons at 5809 Bush Avenue. The desk is on the northeast side of the buildings, facing Arnold Dining Commons. The Armstrong Desk provides card access services to residents of Armstrong Commons, Crum Commons, Kathy Crow Commons, Loyd Commons, and Ware Commons.

The Virginia-Snider (VS) Area Desk is located in Virginia-Snider Commons at the top of Bishop Boulevard and at the corner of Asbury Street and Hillcrest Avenue. The VS Desk provides spare key services to residents of Mary Hay/Peyton/Shuttles Commons, Morrison-McGinnis Commons, McElvaney Commons, Cockrell-McIntosh Commons, Boaz Commons, Virginia-Snider Commons, Upper Division Housing, RLSH managed fraternity houses, and SMU managed apartments.
