Crossing Space - Vendor Request Form

  • Please make sure to read the guidelines found on the Plan Your Event page before submitting your request.

  • Please note submission of this form is a request only and is not final until you have received and returned a signed copy of the event estimate.

  • Vendors outside the SMU Community will pay $150 per Crossing space, per day granted. A vendor is automatically considered outside the SMU Community if they are not representing an SMU student organization, or an on-campus department. Please note SMU groups cannot sponsor a vendor in order for the vendor to use the space for free.

  • Student Organizations requesting space at the West Bridge will be booked in the Crossing if all available spaces are booked at the time of the request.

Non-SMU Tabling Request Form

This form is for Non-SMU groups, organizations, and businesses to have the ability to access and use a table for promotion and solicitation purposes within the Hughes-Trigg Student Center.

Information about the optional spaces: 

  • The Crossing: A large counter space that has up to 3 sections for vendors to purchase and utilize inside the Hughes-Trigg Student Center
  • West Bridge Table: A 6ft table with 2 chairs, outside in a high traffic area near the student center. If weather or other issues arise with placement, table will be moved inside near our West Entrance of the building.

Please Note: The crossing can be booked by as many vendors as there are spaces, however an actual West Bridge table, only 1 vendor per day will be approved and allowed.

The Crossing is only available between 10am-4pm Monday through Friday. We are closed on university holidays. If this field is left blank we will book you from 10:00am-4:00pm.
