Information Sessions/Presentations are a way to meet informally with students to provide information about the organization, as well as the career opportunities offered. Many organizations like to schedule information sessions a few weeks in advance or the night before scheduled interviews.
Information sessions can be scheduled during the following time periods:
Fall Recruiting: the day after Labor Day through the 2nd week of November
Spring Recruiting: the day after MLK through Good Friday.
At any time throughout the process, companies are encouraged to email students whose resumes have been received. You can do it through Handshake. It is a great way to let the students learn more about your company, for you to create a presence on campus, and to generate interest in your company with that personal touch.
