Message from Dean Stephanie Knight
The Simmons School of Education and Human Development strives to make lasting impacts in the educational community. We need individuals like you – our alumni, local business leaders and others passionate about education – to help Simmons accomplish this mission.
To bring together the resources of our extended Simmons family, we created the Dean’s Circle, chaired by Dean Stephanie Knight. The Dean’s Circle is a collaborative group of alumni, businesses, and individuals who provide valuable resources to support our education initiatives. Members of the Dean’s Circle actively participate in important discussions to find solutions to the most pressing challenges in education. This is a group of problem solvers, connectors, and change agents – and we need you to help us make an impact.
What the Dean’s Circle Supports
Your support will help Simmons equip students and faculty with the necessary resources to succeed and make a game-changing impact on local, national, and international levels. Specifically, Dean’s Circle membership dues help further these initiatives and directly fund the following:
- Support for student scholarships
- Support for students taking part in life-changing study abroad experiences
- Support for student and faculty research and scholarly engagement
- Support for student and faculty community engagement
