YLE Service Projects

Each year, YLE supports community organizations and educational institutions through service project engagement.

This year, we will be supporting the Simmons Teach for America teachers by hosting a free professional development workshop. At this workshop, YLE board members will draw on their professional experience to deliver content and aid discussion on the topics of communication, personal branding, organization/time management, and financial planning. The goal of the project is to equip the next generation of teachers with professional tools to help them thrive in and out of the classroom.

YLE Scholarship

Scholarships allow students at the Simmons School of Education and Human Development to pursue higher degrees, allowing them to positively impact the community and the children they serve. This years' YLE scholarship was made possible by the generosity of Andy's Frozen Custard.
