UC Assessment Roster

Each year we incorporate suggestions from faculty on how to improve the process of assessing the University Curriculum. The new Roster is streamlined to increase the efficiency of submitting assessment scores on Student Learning Outcomes. There are two versions of the new UC Assessment Roster (one version for Mac and the other for Windows users). Use the version that is most compatible for your computer.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

 

Mac Users:

Choose the Excel file titled UC Assessment Roster (Mac). Once you have clicked to open the file, you will receive this popup:

   

 

No worries. Just select “Enable Macros.” This will allow you to edit and save your roster.

PC Users:

Choose the Excel file titled UC Assessment Roster (Windows). Once you open this file, you will have a message in the top header as seen below:

Select “Enable Editing” and “Enable Content.” This will allow you to edit and save your roster.

 

All Users:

Within in the Excel file, there are four worksheets labeled “STEP1”, “STEP2”, “STEP3”, and “STEP4”. Complete them in order, please.

Your UC roster will be saved to your desktop with instructor name and course ID number.
