Writing Labs are offered in a drop-in, group setting to assist students with occasional questions as they work. We offer focused labs in which a student may work on writing processes in general, or receive specific help: the Communications and Writing (C&W) Lab aids students with papers, presentations, and other written communications, and the Research and Writing (R&W) Lab aids students with research, information literacy, integrating research into papers, citing sources, and other aspects of using research in writing. A librarian and a member of the Writing Center faculty will be on hand to aid students in the R&W Lab.
