DASS is happy to introduce a new and easier way for the SMU community to interface with the Disability Accommodations and Success Strategies (DASS) office.
Using DASS Link:
Prospective DASS students can request accommodations and upload supporting documentation;
Current DASS students can renew and inform instructors of their accommodations each semester, schedule appointments with DASS staff, make a reservation for DASS test proctoring, and request additional accommodations;
Faculty can view their students’ accommodations in each class they lead, approve requests for exams to be proctored by DASS, and upload exams for students to take at DASS.
Want a little help getting started? To learn how DASS Link works, how to make and view requests, and how to view accommodation letters, refer to our instructions on the right menu of this page. For instructors, here is a 3 minute video to catch you up.
