SMU Fall Research Symposium

2020 Fall Symposium

Fall Research Symposium 2020

This year's Symposium was a virtual event. If you missed it, please scroll below to see videos of the students' presentations!

About the Symposium:

Each fall, students in select research and service programs are invited to give oral presentations in a miniature professional conference. The programs include: Engaged Learning Fellows, Summer Research Fellows, Cooper McElvaney Peace and Justice Fellows, Maguire Public Service Fellows, McNair Scholars, and Richter Fellows.

Presentations are approximately 10 minutes, followed by Q&A. Visuals (e.g. Powerpoint) are encouraged.

This year we will begin with a welcome message and a keynote roundtable by Dr. Maryann Cairns and her lab.
