Online registration can accept credit card payments only. Payment by check must be made in advance and accompanied by a paper registration form. All paper registrations and check payments must be received by March 15. Please mail paper registration form and checks to:

Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit will be provided for a $15 fee. 
For each All-Day Course, .5 CEUs are available.

 

DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR FIRST-TIME REGISTRANTS

REGISTER BY THE FOLLOWING METHODS: 

Registration is required for attendance at all continuing education events

  1. Online Registration will be available mid-January through March 15, 2018.
  2. On site registrations will be accepted at the registration table each day of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
We understand that sometimes participants need to cancel. Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing or by email no less than seven days prior to the event less a $25.00 service fee.

OUR GUARANTEE
