Schedules

The newly approved Houston-Galveston Extension Program, which began in Fall 2018, will offer:

• A consistent plan of three courses each Fall, Spring, and Summer as well as one-week intensive courses, typically during the January Term and Summer
• A pathway to complete two degree programs—the Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and the Master of Arts in Ministry (M.A.M.) – entirely in Houston-Galveston and online
• Opportunities for community-building and learning (including meals, retreats, worship and study groups)
• The possibility to complete the M.Div. degree in three years and the M.A.M. degree in two years.

Houston classes are held in three Medical Center venues: St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 5501 Main Street, Houston Methodist Hospital, 6565 Fannin Street; and St. John’s United Methodist Church (Downtown), 2019 Crawford Street. Galveston classes are held at Moody Memorial United Methodist Church, 53rd St. at Ave U.
