Request for AV support must be made at least 5 business days in advance. For larger events or ones with a complex AV setup, please request a walk through with our AV team prior to the event date.
For any event we support in which we are bringing equipment into the venue, we require a minimum of two hours to deliver, set up, and test the equipment. If the room is not available before the event starts, we will not be able to support the event. Business hours for the audiovisual staff are 8am to 9pm, Monday through Friday.
