The Project Management Office supports IT initiatives at Southern Methodist University.
The PMO also helps coordinate IT governance at SMU, and provides data support for decision-making to functional, strategic, and executive councils. Governance councils approve and prioritize IT projects for the University. Our focus is on creating transparent and predictable IT portfolio management by supporting governance review of all project requests. Empowering our teams and leadership with project management tools helps deliver projects on time, on budget, and with expected results.
