"The first thing that ran through my mind," Rovner said, "was that I was struck that ISIS seems to have been expanding its activities. It had a very very busy week. Between the plane explosion over the Sinai, the attacks in Beirut, and the Paris attacks, they seem to be much more aggressive now than they were."
