SMU Assistant Law Professor Chris Jenks, a West Point graduate and an internationally respected expert on the law of armed conflict, talks with the CBC The Fifth Estate as part of their report on Canada’s role in the Iraq War and civilian casualties, “Canada in Iraq: The Hidden War.” Jenks is a former Judge Advocate General for the U.S. Army who provided insight on the U.S.-led coalition’s fight against ISIS.
