20 Photos from the Meadows Symphony Orchestra Performance
The MSO presented a vivid program of 20th century pieces at the City Performance Hall. This was the scene.
Under the sparkling lights of the Dallas City Performance Hall, the Meadows Symphony Orchestra opened with Einojuhani Rautavaara’s 1995 rhapsodic Isle of Bliss. The scene was set for the second installment of Meadows Community Concert Series, and the program rolled out some musical poetry (Scott Cantrell of the Dallas Morning News called it “buoyant” and “crisply alert” ). Our photographer Kim Leeson was on hand to grab some crackling photos of the beautiful night in Dallas, which you can gander at above.
The next installment of the Meadows Community Series is October 20th, where Meadows Dance Performance will join the Children’s Creative Movement Class at Klyde Warren Park. It’s free, y’all.
