TAI Director Calls for Involvement, Change
Convocation address fosters a promising start to a new year
On August 19, Dr. Steven M. Edwards, who serves as both SMU’s Faculty Senate president and the director of the Temerlin Advertising Institute, addressed incoming students, parents and faculty members at SMU’s 98th Opening Convocation. In his brief remarks, Edwards urged students to take charge of their educations, explore and challenge themselves.
