Carl brings over 20 years of practical advertising experience to the classroom. Throughout his career he has served a variety of functions including director of client services, director of strategic planning and director of business development.
His agency background includes stints at Ogilvy & Mather, the former Temerlin McClain, GSD&M, The Loomis Agency, Joiner Rowland Serio and, most recently, the interactive agency Blue Clover.
His past clients include: Sears, Subaru, Dairy Queen, Lennox International, Diageo, Boyd Gaming, and a host of others whose products range from consumer package goods to technology.
His approach to teaching account management stresses both strategic thinking and the development of the skill sets necessary to successfully work as a trusted advisor for clients.
