Technology Funding Request

Meadows faculty, staff and students may request funding assistance for technology needs. Please submit the following form and your request will be considered. Be sure to provide as much lead time as possible; one month is recommended to allow for thorough consideration and dialog regarding each funding request. Please attach any relevant technology quotes or documents in the appropriate fields below. While not all requests can be accommodated, every effort will be made to provide feedback and offer alternative solutions where available.

Please specify details if this request is for matching/supplementary funding with another SMU-related funding source
Provide a description of your request. Please mention the course(s) or other curricular area(s) you will impact and how the incorporation of this technology will benefit your Meadows experience or research. If additional academic computing training and/or support for the requested technologies will be necessary, please include the anticipated need as a project requirement for achieving the desired goal. Include the request’s objectives and, if applicable, the potential long-range benefits to SMU.
Provide a description of how Meadows will be able to measure the overall impact and value of the requested technology should funding be provided
