We're Engineering Tomorrow's Leaders.

The Hart Center believes that leadership training produces exceptionally valuable engineers, which is why we partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership for two years to create the Hart Leadership Program. The Hart Center adopted a Leadership and Professional Development Model, which trains engineering leaders through a method of assessment, self-examinations, and real-world leadership experiences.
