Course Reserves

Course materials, such as books or DVDs, can be placed on reserve for your students. Reserves have short loan periods to ensure access to required materials.

Reserves are located at the Fondren Library Main Desk, Hamon Arts Library Services Desk, Bridwell Library Circulation Desk, or the Business Library Services Desk. All media reserves (DVDs) are located in Hamon Arts Library.

Place Items on Course Reserve

Complete a Course Reserve Request. Course reserves may be library materials or personal copies of books or movies. Allow one week for processing at the beginning of a new term and two business days thereafter.

If the Libraries don't own the item you want to reserve, fill out a Purchase Request.

If you want to show a film in class but don't need long term reserve, you can place a hold in Library Search. All films are available for check out in Hamon Arts Library.
