Prof. Joe Norton appointed as Distinguished Visiting Professor At Peking University Law School

Professor Joseph J. Norton has been appointed, for a five year term, a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Peking University Law Faculty by the PKU Law Dean, with the approval of the University's Vice-Chancellor, for the purpose of "taking part in the PKU Law School's research and educational activities and to promote collaboration between PKU Law School and distinguished experts within an international network of excellence."
As the oldest Law School in China in continuous existence, established in 1904, the law school of the Peking University consists of over 30 departments and research centers. It is known for its long history, rich culture, distinguished alumni, enlightened education policies, and exciting campus life. It has become a leading institution for legal education and a potent force for legal development in China. The PKU Law school frequently partners with the government, law firms, and business communities in the development of cutting edge legal, social and commercial policy.
