These Dedman Law Professors were recognized at the  "Faculty Book Fest, A Celebration of All Books Published by Faculty in 2016." This second annual event was hosted by the Dedman College & Dedman College Interdisciplinary Institute. The reception, held on May 9, 2017, in the Dallas Hall rotunda, showcased their respective 2016 publications: HOLIDAY ISLAND by Gwendolyn V. Grossman; AMERICAN LAW:  AN INTRODUCTION (3rd Edition) by Lawrence M. Friedman and Grant M. Hayden; BUSINESS ENTERPRISES-LEGAL STRUCTURES, GOVERNANCE, AND POLICY:  CASES, MATERIALS, AND PROBLEMS (3rd Edition) by Douglas M. Branson, Joan MacLeod Heminway, Mark J. Loewenstein, Marc I. Steinberg, and Manning G. Warren, III; LAWYERING AND ETHICS FOR THE BUSINESS ATTORNEY (4th Edition) by Marc I. Steinberg; and SECURITIES LITIGATION:  LAW, POLICY AND PRACTICE by Marc I. Steinberg, Wendy Gerwick Couture, Michael J. Kaufman, and Daniel J. Morrissey. During the program, Professor Grossman shared anecdotes relating to the publication of her book and highlighted its contents.
