Prof. Grant Hayden cited in National Labor Relations Board's Opinion

An article Professor Grant Hayden wrote years ago was cited in The National Labor Relations Board’s opinion in the Columbia University case holding that teaching and research assistants are employees under the NLRA and thus entitled to unionize and collectively bargain. The Board's decision came out yesterday.   He also organized the TAs and RAs at the University of Kansas back when he was a graduate student.
