Biography
John Cone is with the firm of Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta, in Plano. He has been teaching at Dedman School of Law for many years, starting as a legal writing instructor, then as a guest lecturer and now as an Adjunct Professor, teaching the trademark portion of the course known as Trademarks and Business Torts.
His practice is exclusively in Intellectual Property law and while he is a registered Patent Attorney, his work is concentrated on trademarks matters, counseling and litigation.
