SMU Science & Technology Law Review, with support of the Tsai Center for Law, Science and Innovation at SMU Dedman School of Law, invites you to our annual symposium. This year's topic is Antitrust & BigTech
Attendees will hear from distinguished speakers in the Global Antitrust through a panel discussion a keynote presentation. The symposium will explore current Global Antitrust issues, ranging from the proposed Antitrust Venue Act to Antitrust Concerns in America and Abroad. The panel will also address the potential response of Antitrust jurisprudence to algorithmic pricing models.
The symposium is offered both in-person and on Zoom.
Subject to evolving COVID-19 rules or weather, the symposium may shift to an online-only event.
