Regalia Orders

IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE AUGUST 15 COMMENCEMENT

If you already placed an online regalia order via the Herff Jones website (either at spring Grad Fair or on your personal device), your order will be rolled over to the new ceremony date. In addition, your regalia order will now be sent to your home address. You must enter your current shipping address on the form.

If you still need to order regalia for the ceremony, the new deadline is Monday, July 13Payment for all regalia is made online during the ordering process.

A limited selection of regalia is available at the SMU Bookstore beginning Monday, August 10. Your size may be available, but there is no guarantee. Telephone and in-person orders are not accepted.


** An IMPORTANT note about Homeship Regalia.** 

Homeship Regalia orders must be returned to Herff Jones. Instructions will be included in your packet along with a pre-paid return label. All graduates may keep their cap and tassel and undergraduates may keep their stole. Doctoral candidates given a hood during the ceremony may keep them as a gift from the University.

If you wish to purchase your regalia, please contact the SMU Bookstore at 214-768-2435 or gm526@bncollege.com to acquire a custom regalia order form and retail rates. Custom regalia takes approximately 8 weeks to arrive after ordering.

 

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND COMMENCEMENT AND WANT TO REQUEST A REFUND

You may request a refund by clicking on the Request Refund button below. NOTE: When you open the page, the refund request section is below the FAQ section. If you request a refund, your regalia will not Homeship to you. After submitting the form, please print the confirmation page for your records. Deadline to request a refund is Saturday, August 8.
