The Data Retrieval Tool cannot be used until taxes are filed with the IRS. If an extension has been filed, please submit a copy of the Form 4868 that was submitted to the IRS, along with all Form W-2s and Form 1099 MISC’s that have been received for the tax year in question.

If you or your parents are self-employed, you must also write on the verification form the estimated Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) and amount of Taxes Paid (the amount that would appear on Line 55 of the 1040, Line 35 of the 1040A, or Line 10 of the 1040EZ) for the tax year in question.
