Dr. Stefano Maranzana joined World Languages and Literatures in the Fall 2019 as a lecturer of French and Italian. Stefano is a specialist in second language acquisition and technology and also has a substantial background in Italian studies. He has experience developing and teaching foreign language and culture courses, both face-to-face and online. Prior to joining SMU, he was an instructor of Italian at Duke University.
