Emma Armstrong is a Ph.D. student in History, focusing on America and the 20th Century World. More specifically, her research interests include the Cold War, civil and human rights, political and legal history, as well as historical memory and commemoration. Her undergraduate research focused on poverty and political movements in Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York.
