Sample Analysis

The optimal samples for thermal conductivity analysis are full core samples at least 1.0” in thickness, and with smoothed edges on the top and bottom that are parallel to each other.  We match samples as closely as possible to our standards, so core diameters of 1.0”. 1.25”, 1.5” or 1.875” are preferred.  We can also work with half core and sometimes cuttings samples.
