Minors

The Department of Anthropology offers five minors, each distinct, but providing a foundation in varying skill sets including: critical thinking and reasoning, interdisciplinarity, methods and theories, and cultural competency which aid students in navigating today's global community. Any of these minors would pair well with art, business, economics, education, engineering, biomedical, and science degrees. For each of these minors, a minimum of 9 hours must be advanced. A grade of C- or better must be earned in all courses taken in fulfillment of the requirements for an Anthropology minor. Students pursuing a major in Anthropology may not also pursue a minor in Anthropology.

NOTE: Permission of the instructor is required for all 4000 and 5000 level courses.
