The Foundation for your Success in Business

The curriculum of the Masters of Science in Management is designed for recent non-business graduates who are looking to gain exposure in the fundamentals of business and for business graduates who are seeking to gain a more strategic comprehension of the core building blocks of business.

The curriculum focuses on Finance, Statistics, Marketing, Accounting, Operations, and Strategic Management and allows for students to add five elective courses from the Cox Graduate curriculum into the spring semester in order to build their resume towards a particular area of focus.

Format     Two semesters, Full-time

Designed for     Recent college graduates seeking to build their career options by enhancing their knowledge of the foundational business concepts in Finance, Statistics, Marketing, Operations and Strategy

Requirements     - Bachelor's degree and transcript
- TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE for international students
- Two essays
- Two references (inputted during the online application process)

A Jump Start on your MBA Degree

Students who excel in the Masters of Science in Management degree are accumulating credits that can be applied towards an MBA degree later in their career. Students must be admitted to the Professional MBA or Fast Track MBA program within 5 years of graduating from the MSM program in order to utilize their credits.  Students with their MSM joining the PMBA or Fast Track programs need an additional 34 credit hours (17 courses) to complete their MBA.  This is typically done in the PMBA program over 4-5 semesters and 9-12 months in the Fast Track MBA.  Contact a member of our admissions team for more details.
