Classified Jobs

Jobs that are classified are assigned to specific pay grades that have corresponding salary ranges. The following link provides a list of all classified job titles, in alphabetical order, along with their corresponding job code, exempt/non-exempt classification, pay grade, and annualized salary range information.

If you are unsure of the exact job title, you may search the document for a specific word, or you may wish to visit the list of jobs organized by Job Family, which groups jobs by work that is generally similar in function or by department.

Additionally, each job is assigned an exemption classification based on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations, governed by the U.S. Department of Labor. Non-exempt jobs are "not exempt" from FLSA regulations; for employee protection in these jobs, they must be paid on an hourly basis and are subject to overtime. Jobs that meet specific exemption tests are considered "exempt" from FLSA regulations; they may be paid on a salaried basis and are not required to track their hours worked.
